Strengthening Compliance & Security

Company founder and CEO Kenny Rozenberg opened the retreat by addressing the importance of compliance in the healthcare industry. “Every week, we see headlines about fraud and negligence in healthcare,” he said. “Protecting our residents and ourselves means following the rules—because those who don’t end up behind bars.”

To reinforce this, Rozenberg presented real-life news reports of staff misconduct from other healthcare companies. This set the stage for attorney Adam M. Ostreicher, who broke down the critical components of a strong compliance program.
