What Is BlazePod Therapy?
BlazePod uses visual cues to promote movement and sharpen cognitive response. The interactive pods light up in response to touch, creating a game-like experience that boosts engagement. Research shows that this method improves reaction time, balance, and overall mobility—especially valuable in preventing falls and injuries.
While BlazePod is common in sports training, Kenny Rozenberg is pioneering its first large-scale use in a post-acute care setting.

The BlazePod Challenge is part of Centers’ broader “Care That Moves You” campaign. From summer fitness events to the popular Turkey Trot, Centers Health Care encourages movement as a core part of healing.
